FIRST DAY – 15 JUNE 2022:

PART I LIVING LABS

• 11.45hrs: Introduction all 23 LL’s. Every LL does a pitch of 1/2 minute,

What is use case and the data they need
Who is data holder – who is data user (participants to LL)
Explain how you want to realize data sharing
What stage are you in (study, testing, pre implementation)
Concrete output specific LL so far

• 13.30 -14.30hrs: Luncheon

PART II BREAK OUT SESSIONS

• 14.30hrs: Three/four sessions:

IT Architecture Group meeting
Collaboration LL’s (interoperability):
1. eFTI/eCMR or
2. other collaboration opportunities (see Cluster of Emerging LL collaboration
Workshop: describing FEDeRATED in tangible terms
Possible other issues (e.g. communication, semantics …. )

• 17.45hrs: Short Wrap up – where do we stand, what did we not take on board yet?...

18.00hrs: Transfer by bus from ADIF to Málaga Trainstation

21.00hrs: Diner (location will follow)

SECOND DAY 16 JUNE

09.00hrs: Transfer by bus from Málaga train station to ADIF place of venue

PART I 09.30hrs – 12.15hrs: MasterPlan (including Living Lab contribution)

• 09.30-10.30hrs: Presentation and discussion on FEDeRATEDMasterPlan, Mitchell Out / IT Architecture Team (how does it look like ? requirements – what is still to be done? – how can we assist another? – how does semantic modelling group fit in? etc)

• 10.30-11.00hrs: Coffee Breck

• 11.00 – 12.30hrs: Discussion on the connection of the individual LL with MasterPlan. How can any LL contribute to the functional and organisational and technical specifications of the Masterplan?

PART II 12.30 – 17.15hrs: Living Labs – testing and collaboration

• 12.15– 13.30hrs: Testing - How to effectively execute the testing of the LivingLabs (a testing template will be made available)

• 13.30hrs-14.30hrs: Luncheon

• 14.30hrs – 15.45hrs: LivingLab collaboration (intra versus interoperability)

• 15.45 – 17.15hrs: ACTION PLAN: Elaborating on the Testing Agenda per LL and the correlation (lessons learnt) of any LL versus draft Masterplan

• 17.15-17.45hrs: Wrap up: Do we all know what is requested from us>

18.00hrs: Transfer by bus from ADIF to Málaga Trainstation

21.00hrs: Diner
